Doldrums

I’ve just realised I went 10 days without posting - remarkable! What have I been doing?

  • Not writing
  • Except for a thing on Behavioural Economics for Research magazine.
  • Entertaining the boys with augmented reality dragons.
  • Going to Center Parcs Longleat for two days on a company team building exercise. I built the team enthusiastically, to the point of volunteering my lodge for the after-party, a decision I came to regret a bit.
  • Going to the leaving drinks of the Guardian Film And Music editor, a happy & sad thing.
  • Not sleeping as much as I should.
  • Playing video gay-ums.
  • OK, Pokemon w/my 5 year old.
  • Working a lot.
  • Nursing my wife through a nasty M.E. attack
  • Reading old comics, and vaguely thinking about posting things about them.
  • Not looking at social media.
  • Feeling directionless and January-ish.
  • Listening occasionally to music.

My brain is sluggish and I need a bit of spark, to be honest. Maybe going to Texas for SXSW will provide it.
