Kree My Baby
I’m planning to write a piece every month after Young Avengers comes out - this is the first of them, about “Be My Baby”, girl groups, ‘perfect pop’, 60s Marvel, gender-flips and stuff. It’s not exactly a review of Young Avengers*, it’s using some guys’ comic as a springboard for my own self-indulgence. Fancrit!
It’s sort of 1/3 about Young Avengers, and 1/3 about pop and teenagers, and while those proportions will vary the remaining third is always going to be a zarjaz cut-out-and-keep history of teenage superhero comics. Probably. Maybe.
