Lange seems to have an issue with the over-enthusiasm on design blogs. I tire of it too, but I can’t complain, so long as the enthusiasm is real and sincere. (Although, I bet most of the time it is not. It’s just meeting post-quotas.) I think people should be allowed to be enthusiastic. I think websites should be allowed to be a positive outlet for people to share the things that they like. But, I also think that more needs to be done to explain why people like things. Posting a picture and a sentence doesn’t cut it, I don’t think, especially with a larger readership.
